Century 21, the original off-price fashion retailer, reemerged from bankruptcy in 2023, reopening its flagship Manhattan store. Hindered by a non-retail-focused ERP system causing inefficiencies and unreliable data,
the company needed a retail-centric IT infrastructure to optimize processes and enable real-time decision-making. Sophelle was entrusted as their IT partner to lead the transformation, rebuilding Century 21’s operational backbone and positioning it for long-term success.
